The StressFreeSite Professional package is designed for SMEs, but is ideal for anyone wanting a content rich site that is easy to maintain.
The StressFreeSite Professional package includes the following elements:
Number of pages: unlimited
You can easily add new sections and pages throughout the site, as and when you require.
Content managed (CMS)
All StressFreeSite packages include sophisticated CMS functionality. This allows even non-technical people to easily manage and update their own site, without the need for specialist skills or costly third-party involvement. All changes are made directly within a Web browser view of your site, and make use of a wysiwyg editing environment to enter content in much the same way as using a word processor. All content is entered via templates, so even a novice user should not be able to 'break' the site.
.co.uk domain
We will register any domain name for your site that you require (subject to availability), or make use of an existing domain name if you have one. Either way, this domain name will point directly to your site, so users need only type something along the lines of www.yourdomain.co.uk to access your site.
Bespoke design
The Professional package provides a completely bespoke site design, based on a detailed design brief you give us. Based on this brief, we will come up with a suitable layout, colour scheme and core imagery. Once you have reviewed our initial design concept, the package allows for two sets of alterations based on your feedback. Any further design work can be purchased as a bolt-on option, if required.

Create/delete pages
Using the CMS interface you will be able to create and delete pages across the site. This allows you to mould the site structure and navigation to your own requirements, so you're not tied down to what we provide you with as a base - you have complete flexibility!
Contact form
A contact form allows site visitors to contact you, make enquires and provide feedback. Once completed, form submissions will be emailed to your chosen recipient. This provides control over how people email you, and can help reduce the amount of spam you might otherwise receive.
Form builder
The Form builder allows you to change the fields you provide for visitors to enter, allowing you to ensure you receive all the information you need from them to most efficiently handle their submission. For example, you may want to add a drop-down entry to allow them to select the department an enquiry relates to.
Automatic navigation
As you add and delete pages across the site, all navigation will automatically update to reflect this, ensuring that all pages you create can be found by visitors and that any removed content is no longer accessible. This provides a better quality of experience to the site visitor, and consequently improves their perception of you.
Email hosting
While you can continue to use email services elsewhere if that is more convenient, we can also provide email hosting tied to your chosen domain name. This will allow Web users to send email to an address along the lines of you@yourdomain.co.uk, which gives a more professional feel. We can route this email so it is forwarded to your existing email service, or you can pick up the email directly using an email application such as Microsoft Outlook.
Breadcrumb trail
This dynamically shows visitors to path through the site to the page they are looking at. It allows them to easily backtrack, or find related content in the same part of the site that they are looking at.
Site search
By providing a site search you allow site visitors to quickly and easily locate the specific content they are looking for within your site, rather than having to browse through many pages to find it.
Image gallery
An image gallery is useful where you have a number of related images to display, and want to make it easy for site visitors to browse through them.
News section
If you have regular news or announcements to publicise, a dedicated news section can be very useful. The advantages this offers over creating the news articles as normal content pages include a news headlines page with a short teaser from each article, and the ability to have recently added news articles appear dynamically on the site's home page.
Web statistics
As sites become larger, it is useful to be able to track the numbers of visitors they are receiving. The Professional package includes a Web statistics package that will track this information, and aggregate the results into a graphical report so you can visualise site usage trends.
PRICE: £900+VAT
Every package includes everything you need to setup a highly professional Web presence, with no hidden extras. We will design and build the site to your branding requirements, and provide all the tools and documentation you need to manage the site and its content. We also include full support and hosting for a full year within the initial package price.
ONGOING HOSTING: £15+VAT per month
Once the first year has elapsed since the site went live, ongoing support and maintenance can be purchased on a monthly basis. You can cancel your package at any time, with just 30 day's notice. There are no tie-ins, minimum contract terms, penalty clause, nothing!
