The StressFreeSite Entry package is ideal for small clubs and businesses making their first forays into having a Web presence. We take all of the complexity out of running a Web site, so all you need to worry about is what you want to say on it!
The StressFreeSite Entry package includes the following elements:
Number of pages: 4
The Entry package provides you with a homepage, a page to tell visitors about you or your organisation, a page to tell them about your products/services, and a page with your contact details. These pages can be renamed to allow them to be used for another purpose, if required.
Content managed (CMS)
All StressFreeSite packages include sophisticated CMS functionality. This allows even non-technical people to easily manage and update their own site, without the need for specialist skills or costly third-party involvement. All changes are made directly within a Web browser view of your site, and make use of a wysiwyg editing environment to enter content in much the same way as using a word processor. All content is entered via templates, so even a novice user should not be able to 'break' the site.
.co.uk domain
We will register any domain name for your site that you require (subject to availability), or make use of an existing domain name if you have one. Either way, this domain name will point directly to your site, so users need only type something along the lines of www.yourdomain.co.uk to access your site.
Bespoke design
The Entry package provides a complete site design, tailored to your own branding requirements. Simply choose a layout template from a standard selection (this saves you money as we don't have to start from scratch), select a colour scheme, and provide us with your logo. You can also provide us with a header graphic, if required.
Bolt-on services are available to create a new logo for you, or to provide additional imagery for your site. Contact us for more details.
PRICE: £400+VAT
Every package includes everything you need to setup a highly professional Web presence, with no hidden extras. We will design and build the site to your branding requirements, and provide all the tools and documentation you need to manage the site and its content. We also include full support and hosting for a full year within the initial package price.
ONGOING HOSTING: £10+VAT per month
Once the first year has elapsed since the site went live, ongoing support and maintenance can be purchased on a monthly basis. You can cancel your package at any time, with just 30 day's notice. There are no tie-ins, minimum contract terms, penalty clause, nothing!
